Returns & Refund Policy

We thank you and appreciate for your purchase with us.

As we work with an on-demand order fulfillment company on a no-inventory basis, we have implemented some strict policies to our store. Our return policy, conditions, and other disclaimers/processes will provide you with important information regarding your rights and obligations as one of our customers. We therefore urge you to read these documents carefully. By doing so, you can help prevent any misunderstandings or problems that might arise in the future.
We will be communicating with our third party order fulfillment company on your behalf regarding your order. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days after the product has been received. We understand that sometimes it may take a little longer to decide if you want to keep a product, so we are happy to provide an additional 5 days extension time period for return windows. This means you have a total of 20 days from the date of receipt to return the product if you change your mind.

Please note that the product must be in its original condition and packaging, and you will be responsible for any return shipping costs. For more information on our refund and returns policy, please refer to our website .

If the product is defective/damaged when received, misprinted or if wrong goods were delivered, before requesting a return or refund, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the problem product with description to heythere@preztycreatives.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will be happy to help you resolve the issue. Thank you for your cooperation.

Returns and exchanges

We will take care of the following issues if they occur with your item/product:

Faulty/Misprinted/Wrong product : If the product you received is not what you ordered, or if the product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.

Buyer’s remorse : Our return policy doesn’t cover buyer’s remorse. Since the order is made on demand we will not able to provide refund for the order and we will not accepts any return or exchanges.

Your responsibility

If any of these cases occurred by mistakes, its up to you to sort things out and unfortunately we cannot replace/exchange or refund your item.

Ordered wrong size or color : If you ordered wrong size or color, we don’t accept refunds or exchanges. Write to us at heythere@preztycreatives.com before making any kind of requests.

Incorrect shipping address : If an error is made in the shipping address when ordering, the package will be returned back to us. We can then reship your package at the cost of re-shipment.

Unsatisfied with your custom-made product : If you’re not happy with your custom/personalized product, just shoot us an email and we’ll be more than happy to help you out.

Request instructions

We would like to genuinely apologize if the mistake is on our side. We understand how frustrating it can be to receive something that is not what you ordered, and we want to do everything we can to fix the situation.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. And you must contact us before sending your purchase back or making a return.

Please follow the instructions for exchanges:

    • Take a picture of the product with the problem.
      For wrong size (if mistake is from our side), inside label may give the value. or contact us directly.

    • Order receipt and date

    • Order number and/or product name – If an order includes multiple products and one of them has an issue, identify the problematic product.

    • A specific Description of the product issue.

    • Send an email to heythere@preztycreatives.com with the subject line “Request for Replacement for Order #[your order number]”. In the body of the email, please include your name, address, and phone number so we can process your return as quickly as possible.

We will respond to your inquiry within 3 business days.

Refunds

You MUST Contact us by email to initiate the Refund Process – Refunds will Not be granted if you return an item to us without notification first.***

We will send you an email when we have received your return request and let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If you are approved, we will provide our return shipping address by email to the original purchaser and your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at heythere@preztycreatives.com.

Cancellation

We’re sorry, but we cannot accept cancellations after an order has been placed. All sales are final.
But Prezty Creatives (the company) may have the right to cancel any order(s):

a. The Company may suspect a User has undertaken a fraudulent transaction if the User:
-Has supplied false or misleading information;
-Has attempted to defraud the Company or other users; or
-Is suspected of engaging in illegal activities.

b. The Company may suspect a User has undertaken a transaction which is not following the Terms of Use if the User:
-Has not complied with the Terms of Use;
-Has attempted to circumvent the Terms of Use; or
-Is suspected of engaging in illegal activities.

c. In case of unavailability of a service, or

d. For any reason outside the control of the Company including delivery related logistical difficulties.

e. The Company does not have to do business with the User.

We take all measures to ensure accuracy of service specifications and pricing. However, the details of the product as reflected on the platform may be inaccurate due to technical issues, typographical errors or incorrect service information provided to us by a distributor. If this occurs, you will be notified as soon as we become aware of the error. We reserve the right to cancel your order and refund any money that may have been paid towards the purchase of an item.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Exchanges are not permitted. Items that are received that are found to be defective or damaged will be replaced free of charge.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at heythere@preztycreatives.com

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail it to the to the address that will be provided to you in an email.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning an item over $50 or more, you may consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
